This is a 2004 synthesis brief from Project Forum at NASDSE of the research on and information about English Language Learners (ELLs) with disabilities. It is intended to provide policy makers with research-based information regarding identification, assessment, and intervention for ELLs with disabilities. It is based on discussions with a number of experts in the field. Resources are included that represent the most recent work in this area.
