    We’ve created a new webpage dedicated to Alternate Assessments aligned to Alternate Academic Achievement Standards for students with disabilities. The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and its Federal implementing regulations contain important changes regarding Alternate Assessments including the new cap on the number of students who can be assessed via this alternate assessments, states that have requested a waiver to exceed the cap and much more.
