Welcome to May’s edition of the Buzz from the Hub! It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2025 and summer break is just around the corner! No matter the season or time of year, the search for knowledge never stops and the CPIR is happy to support you with this endeavor by sharing useful resources from early childhood to young adulthood. In this edition, you’ll find:

  • a 2-part video training to understand school behavior plans and how parents can work together with their child’s school,
  • a resource for parents to help build vocabulary at home,
  • an article on supporting mental health in college, and
  •  helping your teen become a stronger self-advocate

Last, but not least, check out the virtual event scheduled in May in the Upcoming Events section.
