Daun Kim was a participant of the Self-Determination Academy sponsored by Community Inclusion & Development Alliance (CIDA). She shares her journey of finding a path to gain self-competence in order to build her career goals. Community Inclusion & Development Alliance (CIDA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which serves individuals with disabilities and their families through training, advocacy, resources and workforce development.
