USED approved the ESSA Consolidated State Plan for OKLAHOMA on July 2, 2018. This leaves 3 states awaiting approval of their state ESSA plans, which must be fully implemented in the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. Still waiting: CA, FL, UT.
