PEAK Parent Center functions as the Parent Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) in an 11-state region, plus 2 US Territories, as part of the Regional Technical Assistance Center Network of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services at the U.S. Department of Education.
