Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center (CPAC) is the federally funded Parent Training and Information Centers for the state of Connecticut. CPAC educates, supports, and empowers Connecticut’s families of children and youth with any disability or chronic conditions, ages birth to 26, and the professionals who serve them.
